Have been using it for 2 weeks and I’m loving it. Moved on from my old flat iron which i used for 9 years to the INH and couldn’t be happier. It truly is a ONE PASS iron AND because of the floating plates (genius idea btw) it doesnt tug on my hair !! Even when doing waves/curls which is what i usually do with my irons. I like that it heats up pretty quickly, and has a long extension cord. easy to use and to maneuver. It does the job and leaves my hair soft and manageable .
