Yes, our ponytails are heat resistant up to 320 degrees F. Keep in mind that our ponytails are pre-styled, and heat styling them will remove their original textures. Use the Safety Kit to extend the life of your hair and protect from heat damage.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Since they are made of pre-colored vegan fibers, you cannot dye her with hair color. We offer a variety of colors for you to choose from. But if you don't see your color, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for support. We love hearing from our INH Babes!

I initially bought this and gave it a 1 star because out of the bag, it was nothing like pictured. But INH saw my review and reached out and because of their high quality customer service I decided to give this pony another try. It takes a good amount of brushing, which may impact longevity if you do this too often. But after a good brushing with a brush made specifically for wigs and synthetic hair, I got it to look exactly as pictured.
I’ve always wanted to have a long and gorgeous ponytail but my hair grew so slow for it. So when I saw Scarlett, I thought it was SO PERFECT!! Like I try to use it EVERY CHANCE I GET! And it looks so gorgeously natural that people can’t tell and they are surprised when I don’t have it on. Definitely recommend it!

Scarlett is such a beautiful ponytail!! You can either dress her up or use her as a casual pony and it’ll look great! It is a little heavy (for me, I have very fine hair) but I still love love it!!! She’s soft, and her curls are everything! Makes me feel so good 😍
I'm obsessed with Scarlett! When I opened the package she looked a bit too curly so I ran a brush through her (starting with the ends and working my way up of course!) And now she's just like the pictures! I really expected her to be too heavy for long wear (like Brit), but I can wear Scarlett all day without any discomfort. Also, she's not nearly as tangle-prone as I expected!
