Refund policy

INH Hair will happily accommodate returns or exchanges of unopened and unaltered hot tools and hair pieces within 14 days of delivery *but please note that certain exclusions apply. Due to several laws that regulate the return of hair, a VOID seal/security tie is placed on our packaging for hygiene purposes.
  • If you would like to return your hair piece or hot tool, you may do so as long as the seal is not removed or opened and the item(s) have not been handled, altered, or worn. If the seal is tampered with or the package is broken in other areas, we are not able to refund the item.
  • If you would like to exchange your extensions, ponytail, or bun for a different shade, we would be happy to help you with an exchange for a product in your correct shade - even if your hair piece has been opened. A member of our team will work with you to help you find the best shade for you!

*Exclusions: all hair care, hair color, and accessories are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
