1. Sponsor

The New Year Beauty Routine Refresh Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Insert Name Here, LLC (“INH Hair”), located at 700 N. San Vicente Blvd., Suite 802, 8th Floor - Green Building, Los Angeles, CA 90069, in partnership with MAËLYS and Glamnetic (collectively, the “Partner Brands”).

 

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of INH Hair, MAËLYS, Glamnetic, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

 

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM PST on January 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 21, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period:
  1. Visit the official giveaway landing page at https://inhhair.com/pages/inh-x-maely-x-glamnetic-giveaway.
  2. Complete the entry form by submitting your valid email address.
  3. Agree to the Official Rules and, if desired, check the optional box to opt-in to receive marketing communications (email) from each participating brand (INH Hair, MAËLYS, and Glamnetic).
Each individual may enter the Sweepstakes only once. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries are not permitted.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • On or about January 23, 2026, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • The potential winner will be notified by email from INH Hair’s official account (@inhhair.com) within approximately five (5) days following selection.
  • The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification. Failure to respond within that timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Prize

Grand Prize (1 Winner):
A total prize bundle valued at approximately $1,500 USD, including:
  • $500 worth of products from INH Hair
  • $500 worth of products from MAËLYS
  • $500 worth of products from Glamnetic
No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

 

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant permission for INH Hair, MAËLYS, and Glamnetic to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. Privacy

By entering, participants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used by each brand in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
Entrants may separately opt in to receive promotional communications from each brand; opting in is not required to enter.

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless INH Hair, MAËLYS, Glamnetic, Ulta Beauty, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or receipt or use of the prize.

 

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
