Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of INH Hair and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Giveaway Period: Begins upon posting and ends at 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the birthday month (June 30, 2026). Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry, participants must, during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @insertnamehere on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified.

Bonus Entry: Reposting the giveaway post to your Instagram feed or Stories (with the account set to public) earns one (1) additional entry. Participants may receive a maximum of two (2) total entries.

Eligibility at Time of Drawing: Entrants must still be following @insertnamehere on Instagram and their account must remain public at the time of winner selection. Entries from accounts that have unfollowed or set their account to private prior to the drawing will be disqualified.

Prize: Seven (7) winners will each receive one (1) Ulta Beauty digital gift card valued at $50 USD. Total prize value: $350 USD. No cash equivalent or substitution. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Ulta Beauty is not a sponsor of this promotion and bears no responsibility for the administration or fulfillment of prizes.

Winner Selection: Seven (7) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around July 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced via the @insertnamehere Instagram account and contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may be required to provide a valid email address to receive the digital gift card.

Sponsor's Right to Cancel or Modify: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
