1. Section the top crown of your hair & gather into a half up half down hairstyle.
2. Open the claw clip & secure it over your half up half down bun or ponytail. If your hair allows, you can use Emily as a claw clip & clip the top half of your hair back without using an additional ponytail holder.
3. Match the style: If you do not have this hair pattern, you may want to curl or wave the bottom section of your hair using a 1” - 1.25” wand or curling iron.
2nd Way to Wear
1. For short or thin hair, clip the mini ponytail extension over a bun for a wavy ponytail look.

XL Oval Wand
1. Protect: Prep your hair by detangling & protecting it using INH Hair Flame Fighter 10-in-1 Hair Primer & Heat Protectant Spray.
2. Adjust: The light from the wand will move up & down as it heats up, stopping at 370°F, the lowest setting. To adjust the heat based on your hair type, press the button until the light stops at your selected temperature.

Open the claw clip & secure it over your bun or ponytail. For the second look, perfect for shorter or thinner hair, simply clip the mini ponytail extension over a ponytail or bun to create a wavy ponytail effect.

How hot does the XL Oval Wand get?

Our curling wands can reach up to 450℉! However, we recommend these settings for different hair types:

FINE, THIN, OR DAMAGED HAIR: 370ºF
NORMAL, MEDIUM, HEALTHY HAIR: 390-410ºF
THICK, COARSE, CURLY HAIR: 410-43ºF

450-degree setting is recommended for professional use. (She gets hot AF, so use with caution!)
