Can I use heat styling tools on this half up half down ponytail?

We do not recommend heat styling as this extension piece is pre-styled — heat styling will permanently erase the original style.

Can I wash this ponytail extension?

Wash only as needed & allow to air dry. Comb gently with a widetooth comb or fingers from bottom to top. To prevent tangling, store the extension in its original packaging.

How can I refresh the style of my clip on ponytail?

To refresh the style, spritz it with Emergency Revival Spray or water, then shake or snap to revive the original style. Use a wide tooth comb to gently detangle if necessary.

Is it suitable for all hair types?
