Step 1: Brush your hair and secure into a ponytail or bun
Step 2: Insert the comb at the base of your ponytail or bun (scoop it upward between your scalp and the hair tie)
Step 3: Wrap the velcro around the base of your ponytail and secure as tightly as possible
Step 4: Wrap the tail around the base of the ponytail, concealing the velcro. Secure ends with bobby pins

Yes, our ponytails are heat resistant up to 320 degrees F. Keep in mind that our ponytails are pre-styled, and heat styling them will remove their original textures. Use the Safety Kit to extend the life of your hair and protect from heat damage.
Some of our styles can be transformed simply by softening the style with a brush or comb. They are also perfect for braiding, accessorizing, and layering with our products like our clip-in Hi-Lites for example!
Yes! All of our products can be washed. We recommend using a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo for our INFINI-FLEX™ products. Remember to only wash when needed and let her air dry! To revive the style between washes, just spray with water, gently shake, and let air dry.

Unfortunately, since they are made of pre-colored vegan fibers, you cannot dye the fibers with hair color. We offer a variety of colors for you to choose from and multiple free ways to be expertly color matched. But if you don't see your color, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for support. We love hearing from our INH Babes!

I bought this ponytail in the color of honey in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. First time I wore it was on my brothers birthday on December 24, 2020. It’s one of my favorite ones and I were like four more times.
I've owned several pieces from this brand now, and hands down this was the best. It's super soft, stays super soft and untangles really easily. I wear it so often and it never hurts, it's so light weight and I always feel insanely cute I'm it. My absolute fav, my ride or die, honestly would buy more this length again.
My fave of the INH girls! She’s super cute and bouncy, and looks real enough to blend nicely with my hair. There’s a bit of a trick to getting the clip in right and if you don’t it hurts, but once it’s in correctly I can wear it all day with no bother.
