HOW TO USE INSERT XL CURLS HERE OVAL CURLING WAND

Introducing A Curl’s Best Friend: INSERT XL CURLS HERE. With extra long length, she gives HOT TOOLS a whole new meaning…

The first of its kind, our curling wand features an extra long (XL) oval shaped barrel which is a design exclusive to INH (ours is the longest in the industry, so the curls are perfectly even all the way to your ends!).

This barrel is perfectly sized for salon-style Hollywood curls. The oval shape creates longer, looser barrel curls with a Z-formation — which means bombshell volume without losing your length. Every inch counts, right?

WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT THIS CURLING WAND?

INSERT NAME HERE’s curling wand’s extra long shape will make you fall in love (with your hair).  While it’s great for all hair types, it’s the best hair wand curler for long hair & long hair extensions.

Aside from its even heat distribution, its Tourmaline Ceramic Barrels emit negative ions that counteract hair's positive ions which:

- Aids in the hair smoothing process
- Seals cuticle to lock in moisture & boost shine
Minimizes heat styling damage
Even heat distribution protects from overheating
Counteracts frizz & static
Hair appears healthier

TLDR: This is the best curling wand that won't damage hair.

HOW TO CURL HAIR WITH WAND:

    PREP:

Step 1: make sure you have ready-to-go dry hair. (No wet hair allowed for this one, babe.)

Step 2: it’s super important for you to use protection — Flame Fighter moisturizing heat protectant.

Heat protectant sprays are essential to preventing damage to your hair & even your hair extensions! Flame Fighter heat protectant spray in particular adds an extra barrier between the heat and your hair strands, all while nourishing your hair & fighting off unnecessary frizz.

Now, let’s get into the fun part: STYLING! Grab your complementary heat resistant styling glove and let’s do some magic…

    STYLING

This oval curling iron has 5 heat settings to choose from, reaching up to 450 degrees. Whichever temperature setting you choose, you’ll have constant, even, heat for less heat damage, long-lasting glamorous movement & healthy-looking shine.

    How to Use :

Step 1. Click the Power Button on.

The light will move up & down while it heats up and will stop at the lowest setting at 370 degrees.

Step 2. For a higher heat setting, click on the Power Button to select the desired temperature.

The lights will continuously move up & down to heat up the wand to the selected temperature. This indicator is letting you know the wand is evenly heating in the controlled setting and will stop at your selected temperature.

Step 3. When the light stops at the desired temperature setting, put on your glove and start curling your hair!

Which temperature setting works best for me?

Here’s our recommended heat temperature setting for each hair type:

FINE, THIN, OR DAMAGED HAIR: 370 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

NORMAL, MEDIUM, HEALTHY HAIR: 390-410 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

THICK, COARSE, CURLY HAIR: 410-430 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

450 degree setting is recommended for professional use. (She gets hot AF use with caution!)

Please Note: Your oval wand will reach its highest temperature in less than one minute.

Now that you’ve got the heat, let’s get these sexy results…

Take 1 inch sections of your hair starting 2-3 inches away from roots & start curling by wrapping hair around the wand. Start by holding for only a couple of seconds & increase seconds from there (never hold wand to hair for more than 10 seconds max).

When wrapping hair around the barrel, try to avoid overlap so the heat is distributed evenly throughout your entire section & holds the curl longer. (Thanks to the X-long barrel, you shouldn’t have to overlap!)

For curls that hold: after you have curled a section, let the curl drop into your gloved hand in a coil (or pin the coil) & release after a couple seconds once cooled. Curling in smaller sections will create deeper, longer lasting wand curls.

For a softer look: wait until your whole head has been curled, cooled & spritzed with your favorite hairspray—  then lightly comb through with your fingers or a wide tooth comb to separate.

Pro tip: Smooth down any frizz or flyaways with hair styling tools like Quick Slick or No Fly Zone Pomade & add a small drop of Shine Serum for healthy looking curls with dimension & shine.

    MANE-TENANCE:

It’s super important to clean your hot tools— Insert XL Curls Here included! Think about it — if you’re using heat protectants & other styling tools when applying heat, some of that product can end up on your wand.

Here’s how to keep Insert XL Curls Here magical so you can keep on enjoying her extra long length for big loose curls for years to come.

Unplug Insert XL Curls Here and allow it to cool before you start to clean it.
Wipe the surface with a damp soft cloth after the device has fully cooled.
Do NOT use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
Store in a dry and cool place.
See Manual for other safety advice.
