Can I adjust the heat?

Yes! For a higher heat setting, click on the Power Button to select the desired temperature. The lights will continuously move up & down to heat up the wand to the selected temperature. This indicator is letting you know the wand is evenly heating in the controlled setting and will stop at your selected temperature.

How hot does Insert XL Curls Here get?

Our curling wands can reach up to 450℉! However, we recommend these settings for different hair types:

FINE, THIN, OR DAMAGED HAIR: 370℉

NORMAL, MEDIUM, HEALTHY HAIR: 390-410 ℉

THICK, COARSE, CURLY HAIR: 410-430 ℉

450 degree setting is recommended for professional use. (She gets hot AF use with caution!)

Please Note: Since our one-of-a-kind oval wand is x-tra long, please allow a full 5 to 6 minutes to reach up to 450 degrees.

OBSESSED!!!
Where has this wand been all my life!!! I have been trying to create bombshell waves like this forever, buying product after product that i end up giving away cause they haven’t done what i wanted.
I have fine hair, not super thick so even fatter curling wands still come out “too curly”. I used to have to wait till Day 2 to have anything that looked even close to this. I couldn’t be happier with it. Heats up quickly & it’s hot AF. I generally keep my head pretty low but found these waves fall less when i crank it up! And it’s very long, longer than I was used to so i recommend wearing the glove at the least the first use to avoid the giant burn i got on my hand lol

It really works
I got this for Christmas and I fully recommend this iron. It’s a struggle for me to get the big curls that are so popular. My hair doesn’t like to hold curls, but this really works. The oval shape helps to hold the curl. I would recommend using a product with hold to help your hair keep the shape if your hair is like mine. That will make it look perfect, but you can still get the general shape without a holding product.
For reference, my natural hair is a mix of different type 2 waves with several straight sections, but it tends to go almost completely straight without styling. My hair is also low porosity.
I didn’t use a product with hold in it in the pictures included, so the curls turned out looser than when I use a product with hold (hairspray, volume foam, texturizing spray).
