INSERT NAME HERE’s Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Referral Program member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to INSERT NAME HERE’s Terms of Use and INSERT NAME HERE’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for INSERT NAME HERE’s Referral Program:

• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at https://inhhair.com/ or the INSERT NAME HERE mobile shopping application by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link. The Referred Customer must be a new customer, a customer that has never made a purchase at INSERT NAME HERE (https://inhhair.com/ or mobile shopping application), who places a $100+ order. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot reside at the same household address; additionally, the Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot share the same IP Address. 
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $100 USD in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees. Referral Rewards shall be provided to the Referrer within 8 days of a successful referral purchase. 
• Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in coupon increments of $25 USD. Rewards must be used on a minimum purchase order of $100 USD. Referral Rewards cannot be combined with other sales & offers. Limited to one Referral Reward per $100 USD+ order. Offer subject to change - exclusions may apply. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash payment nor are they transferable. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. INSERT NAME HERE’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in INSERT NAME HERE’s sole discretion.
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from INSERT NAME HERE’s Referral Program.
• Right to Close Accounts. INSERT NAME HERE reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the INSERT NAME HERE’s Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
