Transform Now, Pay Later

Meet ZIP! 👋 This is a payment platform that is your BFF when you don’t want your bank account to be completely depleted after each of your impulse buys! Split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments so you enjoy your hair guilt-free.

What is ZIP?
ZIP is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. ZIP automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. ZIP lets you buy now and pay over time!

Why would I use ZIP?
By using ZIP you have the opportunity to split your INH Hair purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.

What information does ZIP need?
To sign up, all ZIP needs to know is your name, address, date of birth, US mobile number and a US debit or credit card.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend with ZIP?
ZIP uses an automated system that analyzes various factors to determine approval and spend limits. *Not every order is approved for ZIP. ZIP will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If the customer doesn’t have this available, then the order won’t go through. If a customer is a repeat purchaser and has made all their payments on time, then ZIP will be more likely to give them a higher spending limit.

How do I sign up for ZIP?
Sign up when you reach the checkout page!

Who can use ZIP?
Anyone with a US debit or credit card.

How can I check my ZIP orders or account?
Log in to ZIP customer portal through the following link:  https://customer.quadpay.com/login

Will I be notified about my ZIP installments?
ZIP sends out payment reminders via SMS and e-mail before each payment is due.

When is my first ZIP payment due?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price will be made at the time of checkout. The three remaining payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from your first payment date.

Can I pay off my ZIP installments early?
Yes, log in to ZIP Customer Portal and choose the order you would like to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://customer.quadpay.com.

What if I have trouble paying my ZIP installments?
Simply make sure to notify ZIP to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. You may contact ZIP by clicking here. Please note that ZIP will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.

What if I lose or want to change my payment method for an existing ZIP order?
If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given order. This will cause all further installments for that order to be billed against your new card.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com.
  2. Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change.
  3. Click Edit next to the payment card.
  4. Select the card you’d like to use, and click “Use this Card”.

If I return my ZIP order, will I receive a refund?
Yes! If you return your order, you will receive a refund. Just like with a regular purchase!
In the case of a full refund, as soon as we are notified of the return, you are refunded the amount you've paid to-date and ZIP cancels all future payments.
Remember, if you have only made one installment payment, we can only refund what you have paid, not the entire amount of the original purchase.

How do partial ZIP refunds work?
If the refund is partial (for example, you’ve only returned part of an order) we will start by reducing your last installment by that amount, then if it is more than that, we will deduct it from your last and second last installment - and so on.
