How to Apply One-Piece U-Clip Extension
Hi! We are going to answer all of your questions regarding our best-selling U-Clip!
If you’re looking to add more volume or just don’t want to wait any longer to get long beautiful hair, meet the U-clip! Arguably the best hair extensions for thin hair!
Our U-clip is a hair extension that adds not only crazy volume but also length - at a surprisingly affordable price. Crafted with the highest-quality synthetic fibers rather than real human hair to give you the best clip in hair extensions on the market today, at an accessible price point (if this was crafter with human hair it would cost over $500)! Plus, it’s super easy to apply, and you can take it in and out as often as you want without causing any damage to your hair.
The U-clip is a great option for for those who are looking for hair extensions for thin hair and want to add volume. Please note the U-Clip is designed to add volume, and therefor works best on medium to long hairstyles. Short or blunt cuts are not able to blend with the U-Clip. We don’t recommend using this hair piece if you have an extremely blunt cut or bob, as it could be difficult to blend. For these hair types, we recommend our 7 piece clip-in Remy Hair Extensions, which can be adjusted to blend well with any hairstyle.
Check out our quick and easy tutorial below.
For this look we are using the 22 inch U-Clip in crown hair piece in the shade Natural Black if you have shorter hair you can also try the 16 inch hair extensions U-Clip.
Start with dry, tangle free hair. Using your fingers or a rattail comb, create a horseshoe shape section around the crown of your head since this is a clip in crown hair piece. Pin this portion of your hair in a temporary bun and out of the way.
Before applying, gently brush your U-Clip from tip to root. Place the 16 or 22 inch hair extensions U-Clip around the Horeshoe section (place it evenly so that the “U” is centered). Clip the top four clips of the around the Horsehoe , then the two on the sides, then lastly the two on the bottom cap. This should take less than 20 seconds!
Tip: If you find that the U-clip is too big or too small for the horseshoe-shaped section that you created in Step One, re-do Step One and make a larger or smaller section.
Undo the bun. Make a center part and gently brush your hair down and check to be sure no clips are visible.
Tip: You can also tease the hair before you lay it over the U-Clip to give it a little more volume.
And that’s it! You’re ready to go! The perfect hair extensions for instant volume and length.
